WEEK 4 BOUNDARIES

Boundary Setting Workbook

Learn to Say NO • Protect Your Recovery

Remember: Boundaries are not walls. Setting boundaries doesn't make you selfish—it makes you healthy.
Who Drains Your Energy?
Name people who trigger you, criticize you, enable your addiction, or demand your time/money without reciprocity.
Where Do You Need Boundaries?
Time? Money? Emotional labor? Physical space? What are people taking that you need to protect?
Your Boundary Statements
Write clear, firm "no" statements. "I can't lend money." "I'm not available after 8pm." "I won't discuss my recovery."
Anticipate the Pushback
When you set a boundary, people may react with guilt, anger, or manipulation. How will you stay firm?
Practice Your "No"
Say it out loud right now. "No. I can't. That doesn't work for me." How does it feel? Scary? Powerful?
